I had this feeling on my last fet but it came on much later (around day 6-7) and that was bfn so I'm sure this fullness isn't a good thing, although maybe because it's earlier then it's a bit different. I tested in the morning and the evening of day 3. I didn’t do a trigger shot and am still on progesterone and estrogen.
